Returns and Refunds

GRND Return/exchange Policy

At GRND, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or require a return. Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy below:

30-day Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  •  Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at teamgrnd@thegrndcollective.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Once you have received your RA number, please securely package the item(s) and include the RA number on the package.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • At this time, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
    • For domestic US customers, the label cost will be deducted automatically from the product(s) you are returning through out returns portal.
    • Any returns that are delivered outside of 45 days of the delivery date of your order may be subject to denial. Please contact our support team if your return is delayed unexpectedly. 

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed after we have received your return.
  • Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping fees.
  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges can only be requested for the same item in alternate sizes.
  • If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or a different item is requested, a refund will be issued.
  • Once your return has been delivered please allow our team 15-20 business days to inspect & process your return/exchange. In the case your return has not been processed, please email us and our team will process your return immediately.
  • By adding return items to your return, you are verifying that you have both received the items selected to return and intend to return the selected items.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) for a replacement or refund, including covering the return shipping costs.
  • Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
  • Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial. 
  • Items covered in glitter, powder, skin cells, or other substances are subject to denial.
  • Items with markings or other stains will not be accepted.
  • Many (but not all) of our items include GRND tags. Please ensure these Alphalete and sizing tags are attached, or your return will be subject to denial.

Final Sale Items:

  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
